Have used the services of Wallsend Test Centre a few times now, both for my car's MOT and more recently had a fairly minor but urgent repair needing done. Called in the morning and was told to come in later the same day, repair was carried out while I waited and had the car back within half an hour. Communication has always been excellent both in person and on the phone. Special mention to the lad (Jack) on the front desk - customer service is spot on. Highly recommended.

Took my car to Wallsend Test Centre last week after it developed an issue with the wet belt. They were fantastic from my initial call to enquire if they could carry out the repair, all the way through getting a quote, booking it in, dropping it off and collecting it once the repair was complete. The guys explained the repair process, how long it would take, and were really friendly and professional throughout. I couldn’t recommend them enough.
Used this garage for years and recommend to anyone who needs repairs, service etc. Great bunch of lads and fantastic garage.
Once again top service from Mark and the lads. Phoned up 5th Jan with issue with car, first day open after Christmas break mega busy they squeezed me in checked car identified problem ordered spares back on the road by the 7th. Friendly and professional service kept me updated on progress. Used these lads for years always top notch honest service at reasonable price.
